Decaf can be good too and here's proof. This is an interesting offering from Peru. Made up of several lots which have been collected together from neighbouring farms and processed together to create a blend of sorts.
The extent to which the fruity notes have been preserved through the decaffeination process is really quite impressive. There are glimpses of tropical fruit notes alongside more dominant red berry flavours and a delicious milk chocolate smoothness that holds everything together.
Origin: Huabal District, Peru.
Varietals: Mixed
Processing: Co2 Decaf.
