It's back! Definitely up there with our most popular natural processed coffees of the past few years, this one is an absolute belter. Just like before, prepare yourself for HUGE tropical fruit notes. Papaya, mango, apricots - it's a real treat for the taste buds. Despite the fruity explosion, it somehow manages to be well balanced and there is a smooth, almost buttery finish. Stunning espresso and delightful filter - natural coffee really doesn't get much better than this.

San Francisco is the name of one district in the ‘Cordillera Central’ also called ‘La Zona de Los Santos’ but this is also the name of the farm from Edgar Fallas Solis, his wife Ligia and their son Willian. The family owns 10-12 hectares of coffees intercropped with avocados, citrus and banana trees. 

Edgar is the second generation working on this 55-year-old farm originally planted with Caturra with now the addition of Catuai and Catimore. They get seedlings from the national research centre.

Tasty Costa Rican

Clean, fleshy yellow fruit, caramel, turned out very good with N Surrey tap water.

Tasting notes were spot on. Good flavour and mouth feel. Just buy this coffee. You’ll not be disappointed.

Great long lasting flavour

Lovely Fruitiness and a smooth feel that stays with you. Works for me as an espresso or a flat white with fresh full milk. Have had a lot of good comments from friends and family. Grinding a bit on the fiddly side :-) but worth it.

Full bodied moorishness

A great blend of fruit and chocolate flavours. Took the grind setting to the edge and it packed a real punch.
