Unlike our SCA courses, this is a short course that we have designed ourselves. It’s the first in our ‘Foundations’ series and it focusses on the fundamentals of brewing coffee.
Concise, focussed and practical - our aim here is to give you a solid understanding of how brewing coffee works. We’ll be brewing and tasting coffee along the way and in only three hours, you’ll be able to leave us knowing how to go about making a fabulous brew in a wide range of different brewing devices.
