Unlike our SCA courses, this is a short course that we have designed ourselves.It’s the second in our ‘Foundations’ series and it focusses on the fundamentals of espresso and latte art.
Concise, focussed and practical - our aim here is to give you a solid understanding of how espresso works as well as practical tips for preparing and using milk in your espresso based drinks.
You’ll see instant improvement in your coffee at home.
We highly recommend that you complete our ‘Brewing Coffee’ course first, although this is not essential.

These short courses are limited to five participants to ensure that we are able to deliver a great experience for everyone. Courses start at 10am and finish at 1pm. They are held in Cutlery Works, S3 8AT
