The perfect start for a curious home brewer or coffee professional wanting to investigate the science behind coffee brewing.
During the foundation course you will delve into how to produce a tasty brew based on developing an understanding of the essential brewing elements and an analysis of how they affect results in the cup.
This course lasts for 7 hours (excluding breaks) and will have no more than 4 participants.
All our courses are conducted by fully accredited SCA trainers (knows as ASTs). you don't need to be a SCA member to take one of our SCA courses, but you will need to have a learner membership account with the SCA.You'll use it to access online examinations and your certificates.
