A solid washed coffee from Peru sourced by Caravela Coffee Importers, a certified B-corp who are leading the industry towards a more sustainable and inclusive coffee economy which works for everyone. Nice work guys!
In the cup, you can expect gentle red apple acidity, black cherry and nectarine flavours, followed by maple syrup sweetness and brown sugar finish. It makes for a super clean and well balanced brew with a medium body and velvety mouthfeel.
In espresso, the light fruity acidity is quite prominent, but it's super pleasant. As a flat white we get hints of plum and milk chocolate. Utterly delicious, no matter how you brew it!
