There’s a new kid in town.
Our brand new Roest P3000 is only just installed, and we’ve only done one roast so far (it was getting north of 10pm by the time the install was finished) - but already, I can tell that this is the beginning of a new era for us.
I’ll let you know more as things progress but for now, I’m just super excited to have a whole day playing around with the machine tomorrow.
We’re super grateful to Roest (who have been refreshingly easy to deal with) and to Ash from Roastmaster Solutions for putting in a ridiculously long day getting the machine up and running for us. 🙏
