All our coffee is shipped by Royal Mail 24 Tracked with a few exceptions.
Parcels shipping to addresses with postcodes beginning with the following are shipped Royal Mail 24 (not tracked):

Our packaging for single 250g bags measures 29cm x 19cm x 2.5cm and fits through most letterboxes.
We find that that the majority of packages arrive with customers within two working days after shipping but in a small number of cases, it can take longer. Please contact us if you have not received your coffee within three working days.
Royal Mail 24 works to a 'delivery aim' of one working day, but this is not guaranteed.
Please check that you have entered the correct delivery address before your coffee is shipped as we are unable to re-direct packages once they have left the roastery.
PLEASE NOTE: If your coffee is not collected from a pick-up shop, or delivery office within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us. In those cases, you will be responsible for all postage costs associated with your delivery and the costs to return your package to us. These costs will be deducted from any refund due to you. See our refund policy for more information.
