Our 250g coffee bags go by Royal Mail Large Letter 24 at a cost of £1.95 each. Oh, and those packages are designed to fit through letterboxes too!
Orders containing between 500g and 1kg of coffee come with two shipping options:
Economy Shipping is by Royal Mail Small Parcel 48, with a 'delivery aim' of 2 working days. It costs £2.95.
Express Shipping is by DPD (next day, fully tracked) in most cases - but to a small number of UK addresses, we use Royal Mail Small Parcel 24. It costs £5.95.
DPD delivery is next working day to almost all UK addresses. You can arrange for the package to be delivered to a DPD pick-up point if this is more convenient or you can reschedule the delivery (you can find your closest one here). We highly recommend that you download the DPD app to your phone if you don't already have it.
Royal Mail has 'delivery aims' which they do not guarantee. The delivery aim for their '24' service is one working day and for the '48' service, it's two working days.
Royal Mail parcels can take up to 10 working days but in our experience it is extremely rare for a Royal Mail 24 Parcel to take more than a few days to arrive.
Royal Mail packages are not tracked but we are able to tell you whether a delivery attempt has been made or not. You will be sent tracking information that will enable you to find out this information yourself.
If your address postal code begins with the following, we will use Royal Mail for parcels:
