Refund policy

We will provide a full refund for Royal Mail deliveries not received within 10 working days of dispatch upon request. 

Any items returned to us by any of our couriers will be refunded LESS the costs of us posting them out to you and the courier returning them to us, unless otherwise agreed. This includes items ordered for delivery and then not collected from pick-up shops within their given time frames. 

You can return unopened packages of coffee beans to us for a full refund and without giving a reason. Remember, you will be responsible for shipping costs if you choose to return your beans - please seek proof of postage, which you will need to show us if the beans don't find their way back to us.  

If you need to return brew gear, please get in touch and we will facilitate this for you. If the item is damaged/faulty, we may ask you to pay for postage back to us, or send the item to the manufacturer.  Either way, we will then refund your postage costs to you within 3 working days of receiving your item (faulty items only). 

If the item is not faulty/damaged, then you will need to return it to us unused and in all its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and proof of postage will be required if we don't receive the item. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been used, unless they are faulty. 

In any case, please contract us within 7 days of receiving your items. Refunds will be processed by us within 2 working days but can take a few days to arrive in your account as banking arrangements differ slightly. 

We promise to handle the whole thing with a smile.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all, then please get in touch and we will be both happy to help and determined to ensure that you are happy at the end of our conversation! 

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery costs incurred by us for the whole transaction (including costs incurred sending the good to you and returning the goods to us) will be deducted from your refund in cases where the delivery was refused/not accepted by someone at your address.
