This coffee has been a surprise hit for us this summer. It's been out for a couple of months now but it's one of those that you really don't want to miss.
It's a natural, but with a 'dry fermentation', where the coffee is fermented in tanks, without water before being dried in the sun in the usual way. The results are amazing. For me, this coffee tastes like Earl Grey tea and it's been one of my favourite 'adventure' espressos of this year.
