As many of you will know, we've been offsetting our carbon emissions since 2020, and a big part of that work is in reducing waste wherever we can.
Every time we come to the end of a lot of coffee, we have some green (unroasted) coffee left over. It's too small an amount for us to be able to roast ourselves, and so it ends up in the food waste collection to make compost.
Given that there are plenty of people out there that like to roast their own coffee at home (it's exactly how I started!), there's an obvious solution here. 😀
So, here we are - we're going to give this a go. As I said, the lots leftovers, they are small, and the prices are low - always less, and sometimes MUCH less than we paid for the coffee ourselves.
