Yep, you read it right, we've bought a 'co-ferment' coffee. Now it's fair to say that I;'m not usually a fan of this stuff. Putting fruit in with the during fermentation for instance just feels a lot like cheating to me - and not much different in mind to adding vanilla syrup to your latte.
Still, this is yeast, not fruit and you can't taste it, but it does have an effect on the development of flavours in the coffee. Check it out here.
