We've been serving this amazing chocolate in our coffee shop for a good few years now and it recently occurred to us that maybe our less local customers would like to be able to try some too!
This hot chocolate is made using award-winning Madagascan bean to bar chocolate, shaved into perfectly formed flakes. It is a beautifully balanced hot chocolate. Rich in deep chocolate tones and bursting with taste notes of red berries and maple syrup – blending well with both cows milk and alternatives.
Add 125ml of milk to a saucepan with 25g of chocolate. Mix with a whisk until all the chocolate is melted. Continue to heat until warmed through - make sure not to simmer or overheat.
If you have an espresso machine, just add the flakes and milk to your jug and steam your milk as usual. Perfect hot chocolate in seconds.
Either approach makes a perfect 6oz serving in a flat white cup.
