Coffee Subscription

We have a 'Spotlight Coffee', which changes at the beginning of each month. We make sure that this coffee is well suited to all brew methods. It's usually the one that the team here are most excited about - and one of our latest releases. 

For those of you that would prefer a decaffeinated option, we can do that too. The decaf coffee doesn’t change every month though.  

We offer two types of subscription. 

Recurring subscriptions (think 'Pay as You Go') are ongoing. You choose how much coffee you want, and how regularly you want it. You will then be charged automatically on a regular basis, according to your choices, until you cancel.  

Pre-paid subscriptions(or 'one-off) subscriptions are usually used for gifts but feel free to treat yourself! Again, you choose how much coffee you would like, how often and how long you'd like us to send it to you. You pay for the whole thing up-front. 

These subscriptions automatically renew at the end, but you'll get an email reminder before that happens. If you definitely just want a one-off thing, then cancel anytime after you place your order. The shipments you paid for will still be sent, but your payment will not renew at the end of the subscription period.

Yes! - just get in touch using the orange icon in the bottom right of this page and we'll be happy to get that set up for you. We can add one-off or recurring items. 

Your first order is created when you buy your subscription. Your coffee will be roasted on our next roast day and shipped the same day along with all our other orders. 

Your subsequent orders are automatically generated according to the schedule you designed. Again, you can change your subscription quickly and easily, anytime.

You can make changes to your subscription any time. This means you can pause, cancel, skip deliveries, add more coffee when you need it and even cancel with just a couple of clicks.

Loyalty points are not accrued with subscriptions as an (even better!) loyalty discount is built into our subscription pricing.
