From the Cloth Filter Co. (their website is here).
Cloth filters make a lot of sense for those of you that are looking to reduce paper waste, but they're about more than that too. These ones are made from a blend of organic hemp and cotton.
When properly cared for, you can use cloth to make really delicious coffee. More body than paper filters but without the sediment that you would expect to see when using a metal filter, cloth occupies the middle ground.
Easy to look after (details here) and long lasting, these ones are the best ones we've seen yet.
If you don't know already, you'll need to take a slightly different approach to how you brew with filter. Grind finer and expect quicker drawdown times and you'll be making a good start in figuring out to get the best from them.
Luckily for us, they're made just up the road by a small business based in the Peak District.
