Sometimes big, bold, and simple is just what we need, right? This coffee is a great example of that. It's not delicate, or particularly complex. In fact, if you enjoy more traditional espresso, or a strong cafetière brew, or if you're looking for an all-round crowd pleaser, then this is a great choice. 

For me, this coffee lacks the complexity we tend to look for when making pourovers or the like, but that is also its strength. This coffee is just perfect as espresso in milk, it's a match made in heaven - and destined to become a favourite in the 'comfort' hopper in our coffee shop. Check it here.
