- We'll bag up any excess coffee as we have it.
- We'll attach a label and add a roast date to the bag, just like we always do.
**IMPORTANT** We won't be able to tell you in advance which beans you're getting (except that it definitely won't be decaf or No.9 Roast!). We also only use beans that are suitable for all brewing methods.
The beans will be single origin, from our current offering and will have been roasted within 21 days of your order.
Sorry, we can't accommodate any preferences, requests or similar - we need to keep everything fast and simple if it's going to work. BUT - you will know which beans you have once they arrive.
When it's gone, it's gone! .....by nature, there will be weeks when we don't have any leftovers. It's unpredictable. That's it. Simples. Grab a bag while you can!
