We agree to dispatch your goods according to our roasting and packing schedule. Goods are generally with our courier by the working day following the roast date as published on homepage.

Orders are only processed after payment has been received except for in those circumstances where the customer has a partnership account with us. In those cases, specific terms and conditions apply.
