…and what a delight this coffee is. It’s a straight up, washed Pink Bourbon from Colombia. Nothing fancy in the processing, just very high quality coffee, grown by people who really know what they are doing.
In the cup, you can expect the aforementioned, strawberry cream, or maybe a chocolate coated strawberry - super sweet and fresh. But then a crisp and slightly zingy raspberry acidity alongside hints of florals and a touch of black tea bitterness to balance everything out.
All in all, a super satisfying coffee, however you like to brew your beans.
