Remember when we did this back in lockdown?
Well, some of you will be very glad to hear that 'Mystery Beans' are back. Woohoo!
Eliminating waste is important to us. As you know, we roast our coffee to order and that means everyone gets their coffee shipped well within a week of it being roasted.
That's great. It means that you can all plan your supply and make sure that you get coffee at your preferred level of freshness, exactly when you need it.
One downside of taking this approach though, is that there are times when we have coffee left over. In the worst case, it becomes compost - which seems a shame.
So, from time to time, we'll now have 500g bags of leftover coffee available for you on a first come, first served basis - at an incredible price.
We won't be able to tell you which coffee it is (but it definitely won't be decaf or our No.9 Roast). It will be a single origin and from our current lineup.
It will also have been roasted within two weeks of you placing your order - so nicely rested and still with several weeks left in peak condition.
Mystery Beans won't be available all the time, just when we have a surplus (we'll mention on Instagram and Twitter when we have some for your to buy)
