Prepare yourselves people, you’re in for an experience. Natural processed coffee is often on the wild side as you probably know, but this one is on another level.
In the cup, there’s a lot going on. Big exotic floral notes dominate however you brew and you may also find a lovely star anise flavour running through. The lime acidity cuts through to provide some clarity and zing and there’s also a subtle, almost medicinal cherry balsam not e in there too.
Make no mistake, this is intensely wild espresso and if that's your thing, you’re going to love it. Add milk, and things calm down a fair bit and syrupy sweetness dominates. We’ve been loving this coffee the most as filter though. Every brew seems to bring something new. A real top drawer lot this one. Enjoy.
